Stately Home Developments began with one simple principle: Do things properly and enjoy the process.

Straight out of college, Jermaine learned the construction trade from his grandad, developing a genuine passion for the craft. Together with his wife Nicolli, that foundation grew into Stately Home Developments.

Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
How are payments handled and dealt with?
Of course! We are more than happy to visit your property at a time convenient for yourself and quote for the required works.
Full payment is never required upfront. In our opinion all respectable building companies will not require the full balance upfront. Instead, a detailed contract will be drawn up which will state set milestones customised to your project detailing when payments are due at different work intervals. The final payment will be required only once all works are completed.
Are you properly insured?
Here at Stately Home Developments Ltd we have a £2,000,000 Public Liability insurance. So in the unlikely event of an accident or incidental damage, you, your family and your property will be fully covered.
